Wesley & Sydnie
I am so excited to bring you this sweet wedding finally! This was a very last minute booking for me [2 weeks to be exact!] Sydnie and I had several long talks over the phone and met for our timeline meeting at a local Panera and enjoyed planning and conversation for a whole 2.5 hours! This sweet girl felt like my long lost best friend. Her attitude is so positive and she is such an optimist, regardless of the fact that she planned and got married in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Nobody is stopping her!
Lady Bird Farm Wedding
Days leading up to the wedding, Sydnie and I spent hours watching the weather apps and figuring out what would change if a torrential downpour was in our near future for their wedding day. We prepared with some gorgeous clear umbrellas (THANK YOU AMAZON – Link is HERE) and lots and lots of prayer.
Wedding day came and for the majority of the day, we dodged it! She got to have her dream ceremony outside and while it drizzled a little, we all were too busy in awe of the overwhelming energy of love that surrounded this sweet couple as they said “I do”.
The Celebration
Sydnie & Wesley went on to dance the night away indoors (after being troopers and going out in the rain for some AWESOME couples portraits). After their exit, they enjoyed honeymooning in Tennessee and lived happily ever after with an amazing welcome home decoration in their front yard upon arrival back home.
I always feel as though I have something I take away, something I learn, something I gain with each couple I work with and Sydnie & Wesley are of no exception. I am thankful for the relationship i’ve encountered with them and look forward to capturing future moments for them!
